DEQ, with partners from the Oregon Department of Agriculture and OWEB, will present on agency policy related to its Water Quality Programs. This discussion is a follow-up to a tour and information presented at the May 10, 2018, EQC meeting.

LRAPA rules, Title 47, Outdoor Burning DEQ and LRAPA will present proposed updates to the Oregon Clean Air Act State Implementation Plan that integrate revisions to the LRAPA rules for outdoor burning. The Lane Regional Air Protection Agency has delegated authority for air quality protection in Lane County and changes to its rules must be submitted to EPA as changes to the Oregon SIP, following commission approval. === ===

Item N, Action item: Title V permit fee increase rules DEQ will present proposed rule revisions to increase the Title V permit fees by 1.99 percent, based on the increase in the Consumer Price Index in 2017. The Title V program is entirely fee-funded and state law allows the program to increase permit fees, with commission approval, by a percentage equal to the annual increase in the CPI.
